Join Jeff Greenberger for his session on Legal Nightmares and How you can Avoid Them. Topics include lithium battery fires, occupants renting another unit while you are trying to terminate them, abuse of privileges such as extended gate access or electricity, payments from an occupant after termination and control of change of occupant’s address. Jeff is known for his humor, which makes learning both easy and fun. Bring your questions and be ready to take notes.
