Join Jeff Greenberger for a demonstration of his lien letter automation product Late2Lien, a turnkey solution to all statutory late lien and advertising requirements with a 50 state compliance library of forms and notices. The system automatically sends legally compliant notices via methods which meet the requirements of Tennessee’s laws to late paying occupants. Additionally, it can place advertisements at an additional cost which meet or exceed the requirements under the Tennessee Statute. Several association members are already using Late2Lien and wanted other members to see the product in action.
Additionally, Jeff will spend the second half of this presentation offering an open legal Q&A in an effort to answer some of the questions that you might have.
