Join Jeff Greenberger at the beautiful Foxwoods Resort & Casino in Connecticut for a session on Avoiding The Legal Curveballs of Self Storage. Self storage tenants throw a lot of curveballs at operators. Some are easy to hit, others can set the operator up for a long and painful experience. Jeff asks the hard questions, such as do you have the right consent to send email notices and if so, how do you know when the occupant withdraws consent? Do you know who your actual occupant is, are they an individual or a business? How do you accept change of address from an occupant? And how do you avoid re-renting to someone you have already evicted or terminated? Along with many more… If you are ready for the curveballs, you can handle them, and Jeff can teach you how.
